We will share back-of-house optimization strategies and standards giving you a great brief to share with your real estate and architectural team. We can also assist with feasibility studies on spaces you are considering.

Custom Fixture + Furniture Design

Already have a concept that is working for you and want to upgrade your fixtures? We can design, render and prepare millwork packages for your team to produce. You can work directly with your vendor or we can manage production. This is another great option for brands that are testing the water with brick and mortar and aren’t doing extensive work that requires a permit. Custom fixtures will always make your space feel more branded and tailored.

Retail Design

We work with your team to build an aesthetic that is reflective of your brand and your specific functional needs. Project Management

Need someone to manage the project for you? We’re here to help. We can execute anything we design. Already have a design but need someone to manage the project for you? We take on full project management and owners rep services for the lifespan of the project for DTC brands opening their first few stores and luxury brands alike.

Roll-Out

Have a strategic roll-out planned over the next year to five years? We can help. By planning multiple projects and developing a standards book, we can streamline the design process and work with you to find economies of scale to keep costs down. We would love to partner with you to act as your own (External) Store Development Department. This offering is very much customized to suit the specific brand’s need.

Post-Opening Offering

The opening of your store is not the end of the road for us. We are here to support the business needs throughout the lifespan of the space. As brands evolve and expand and contract categories, the store should reflect that. We can work with your Retail Ops and Buying + Planning Teams to thoughtfully introduce new categories into the existing space as well as retrofit areas to create more productive displays.
